About PlanIt Educate

Kia ora, I'm the kaiako behind PlanIt Educate. I started this collection because, like you, I needed resources that respected tamariki, made sense in an Aotearoa classroom, and did not eat my weekends.

My background is in ecology and primary teaching, with a soft spot for Years 5 to 8. Every resource here has been planned, made, and used with real students before it lands on the site. If it did not work in my classroom, it does not go up.

You will find slides, units, warm-ups, printables, and small bundles, in te reo Māori and English. The goal is simple, beautiful resources that save you time and feel good to teach.
